My dude friends call me Sammie Boy or Sammie B.
Some teachers call me Samara

or sometimes, "Apitong"
but most of the time.. I'm called Sam..
So call me Sam.. lol

ABOUT MY BLOG: As you can see, I have no goal to make this blog organized and it is mostly about random stuff I like.. (which are mostly fandoms, music and cool thingies I like and love in general)

WARNING I nightblog.. dangerously.. at times... which means I blog nsfw things at any given moment (I tag them tho, so you can blacklist them)

I'm super friendly which means I don't bite...

I am a very complex artist willing to try any forms of art... (but sometimes not show you coz they end up crappy... I don't want to disappoint you guys..)

aside from drawing, I could sing, hip hop Rnb, Rock, Gospel, Country, Reggae, Blues, Ballad, Soul, Theatrical, Rap, Choral and a little bit of Jazz, dance, play a little bit of the Piano, impersonate some famous musicians and cartoon character voices (but is still working on it) and change mine, move my ears (is that even a skill?), fit my fist in my mouth (gross), and even use a public restroom without using my hands or touching anything ... yeah

I am cursed to create ruined things for fandoms I am a part of..

I hate people who stereotype, racist, are homophobic, those judge-mental people and all those kinds of hatred.... (stop the hatred in the world!.... it's one factor to why World Peace is not achieved... and no.. I'm not a hippie.)

Despite her appearance she’s not one to trifle with. She and Jack met while he was cleaning the ice rink at her school, and she had just left the school gym after a kickboxing session, and they were both making their way down the same corridor and she ran into him while dancing to the music on her ipod, and accidently elbowed him in the mouth. Her first impression of him was that he had beautiful teeth.. y’know.. once she wiped the blood off. …So how bad does that sound? XD  me when I saw this picture

sooooo... I have an art question (if it's not too much trouble)... If I wanted to start posting my art online(mainly drawings and such), would it be better to post on tumblr or deviantArt? since you post art on both sites I'd like some advice from someone who's done it for a while. I'd mainly just like to know the main pros and cons of both and maybe which one you think is better for posting artwork. (this ask turned out so much longer than anticipated I'm sorry)

In my opinion, I think posting art on deviantArt is better than posting it here on Tumblr when it comes to exposure. I dunno. to me, it feels like my art gets more exposure there because of the features like ‘random deviation’ or ‘random deviant’ plus groups that can help you expose them thangs.

There’s hardly exposure here on Tumblr for any of my work. the luck is based on what tags you tag your art. For an artwork I post, I get 1500+ or more fave counts and like 10k views on deviantArt (with the help of group submissions and getwatchers) when I get 100 notes or less here on Tumblr (by less, I mean it can go down to 3 notes). My Tumblr is suppose to be an extension of my deviantArt though, so that’s understandable.

Of course, art theft is something you can’t get rid of in both sites. it’s like dust, it’s always gonna be there no matter what. DeviantArt though has watermark features, and disabling full res download, disabling share links or letting it be only viewable to members to make them less likely to happen. Tumblr has.. the source thing.

If all else fails tho, put exaggerated big flashy attention seeking scary warning signs on the art’s description to intimidate attempting art thieves… I dunno it kinda works for me.. XD

The way I do it, I post the work mainly on deviantArt and make it rebloggable here and source the art to deviantart and then click through if the full res doesn’t show on Tumblr. And then I put the reblog link on the dA post big and proud and hide the share buttons and hope for no reposts so it’s like the Circle of Life y’know..

so there, imo:
deviantArt: okay
Tumblr: i guess okay

In the end, both sites have their good and bad. you can go with whatever your wonderful heart tells you to hun :)
